They are cold-pressed within hours of harvesting, retaining the natural antioxidants and nutrients.
Best used as a dressing and for general cooking. Melrose Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a delicate flavour with fresh grassy tones and mild peppery notes. Light in colour with a fresh herbaceous aroma.
Smoke point - low. Can be heated to approximately 160°C.
