Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

• Relieve symptoms of indigestion
• Reduce constipation
• Support wound healing
• Relieve menstruation pain
• Relieve toothache
• Cleanse minor skin abrasions
• Support general health and wellbeing

DIRECTIONS

Oral Use: Adults - take 20ml in 100ml of water, juice or herb tea 30 minutes before meals three times daily.

External Use: Adults - soak a piece of gauze with product and apply to the affected area for 2-12 hrs, covering with a bandage.

Gargle: Adults - add 20ml to 100ml of lukewarm water, swish the solution in the mouth, gargle and swallow, twice daily.

Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. In rare cases, Valerian & Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
