Australian Medjool Dates

Medjool Dates are a popular date for their natural caramel-like sweetness. These Australian Medjool Dates are dried but not dehydrated. They contain very little protein or fat and offer a good source of fibre and potassium. They are also packed right here in Tasmania.

Add them to smoothies, cereals, or salads to add sweetness. Or you can eat them alongside nuts and cheese as a part of a spread.
