Botanical name: Rosemarinus officinalis
- Rosemary leaf is known to have carminative (gas-expelling) properties. Used to support healthy digestive function. Can be used as a bath additive to support circulation.

- No artificial colours, preservatives, caffeine, gluten, sugars or lactose.
Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon of Rosemary leaf in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes. Strain before drinking several times daily. As a bath additive use 50 g /1 litre boiling water.
If not using the tea straight away, you can store it in a covered jug or container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and gently warm the mixture before drinking.
